SubscribeWhilst basketballscotland will take every precaution to protect players at camp, neither they nor the camp staff will accept liability for the personal injury or death of any participant, how so ever caused. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to any property belonging to participants. Participants may wish to make their own personal insurance arrangements.
Players that have paid in full and are unable to complete all four days of camp due to illness, injury or any other reasons will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the camp fee, nor will they be entitled to a refund of the camp deposit fee. There is no option for players to attend the camp for less than the full duration of the programme.
If a player has to withdraw their application for any reason, written notice must be received at the basketballscotland no later than 5:00pm Friday 12 June 2009 for a refund of payments to be issued. No refunds will be given after this period. By signing the application, both the player and the parent/guardian confirms having read and understood these terms, and agrees to support this application.
